Senior Account Executive at Conover Beyer Associates, Inc.

Bonnie Preston, CIC

Outstanding experience. I strongly recommend the Sandler Sales Course to those starting new in sales and especially to "seasoned " sales associates. Scott Bliss has had an extremely successful career in sales training and is highly respected within the sales training arena. Scott guides the class through the Sandler Process and will elevate you to the next level, a true sales PROFESSIONAL. If you want to advance your sales career in 2018, take the time and opportunity and take this course, your career deserves it

Samuel Hoff

Patti Engineering

Industry: Engineering

Samuel Hoff, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Patti Engineering, talks about how his company’s sales more than doubled after Sandler sales training. “In 2007, we were a bunch of really good engineers and really bad salespeople; now we’re the same good engineers but we’re a lot smarter about the sales process.” In 2007 the company did a little less than $3 million in business and spent $1.10 for every dollar it made. Last year it did $7.5 million in business and spent 88¢ for every dollar it made. “My personal income is seven times what it was in 2007,” says Hoff. “That’s living proof of the success of Sandler.”

Business Development Manager at Kingchem Life Science

I had transitioned from being in the lab as a medicinal chemist for over 15 years to my first sales job in July 2016. My first boss’ only words of training were “I hope good luck follows you”. Fast forward one year and I have a much more involved boss, who took the step of offering his staff training. I am very grateful that he chose Scott Bliss and the Sandler training program. I knew I had a general philosophy about selling, which mainly involved caring far less about the actual sale and far more about helping the customer, even if that means you’re not the one helping them. At least that means you and the customer can move on with your lives and not chase something that’s not there. The Sandler philosophy dovetails nicely with my own while putting more of a easy-to-understand system in place. (Of course using it takes practice over time). Scott spent a few days with us at our last national sales meeting and followed up with coaching moving forward. Maybe I took to it more than others, but I personally feel like I’ve learned a lot from Scott and will definitely use him for any more of my future coaching needs regarding any aspect of sales where I feel stuck. He has so much experience selling there is clearly much to learn from him.

Scott is everything you want in a trainer, he is polished and professional and breaks down the Sandler System so that even the most apprehensive introvert can make that call with total confidence. He is so accommodating that he even has taken the time to tweak the sales training to help the non-profit fundraiser. I would recommend Scott for all of your sales training needs for the entry level to the seasoned pro looking to recharge their career he has you covered.

Ken Harris

Health o meter

Industry: Healthcare

Ken Harris is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Health o meter, which manufactures devices for the medical community. He describes his history with Sandler, which spans 15 years and four companies. “Sandler is the one process I’ve seen that puts customer behaviors and salespeople behaviors together to help the customer in a way that ends up helping the company.” Harris uses a sports analogy to describe the impact of a great system, whether in college sports or sales training: “In a college team, turnover is every four years by definition, yet dynasties exist because they have good systems. Sales is also a skill set that needs to be constantly honed and, for me, Sandler is the only method that provides that level of consistent and intimate training.”

Account Manager for TCI - Tokyo Chemical Industry

I was very fortunate to begin my new job in sales with Scott's Sandler course. I've done a lot of reading on the topic before, but it makes a difference to have someone go through the material in person and apply it to relevant scenarios. Scott has been dedicated to keep us involved even after the seminar in order to ensure that we keep thinking about and applying everything we've learned. The best part is, that Scott is quick and eager to answer any questions that may come up and with his extensive sales experience he's got a lot of valuable insights. I'm very glad to have had this opportunity of learning from him right at the beginning of my sales career and feel like I've been put on the right track towards success.

I have just completed my 1st 10 weeks of training with Scott. I learned such great techniques from him using the Sandler method that I have decided to keep going and just signed on to continue to the next level of sales training. Scott is a fantastic coach and trainer! If you’re in sales or managing a sales team this should be a must have investment in yourself or the company. Scott teaches techniques that will set you far apart from your competitors and make the customer want to pick you as a partner because of the high level of professionalism you will have over the rest of your competitors. Reach out to Scott, you won’t regret it!

Roy Cook

Merrill Lynch

Industry: Financial Planning

Roy Cook, who works with Merrill Lynch to help clients strategize their retirement plans, explains his mindset when he started Sandler training. “When I was introduced to Sandler I didn’t think I had any problems,” he says. He did have problems, though, including the lack of a systematic approach to generating new business. “Sandler has a very logical, very cerebral approach to sales. I saw more than 20 percent growth in my business year after year. Some of that I attribute to the market, but a lot of it I attribute to the Sandler process, with me implementing it and working more efficiently.”
